Caracas House: Two Cultures, One Table.
Caracas House Latin Fusion & Grill brings the vibrant flavors of Venezuela and Mexico together in the heart of Springfield, Missouri, sharing a love of good food and warm hospitality.
Caracas House began with a shared dream. Originally from Venezuela, Luis Sulbaran and Néstor Rodríguez came to the United States in search of a better future. In Springfield, Missouri, they found a place to build that future—and an opportunity to share a little of the country they will always call home.
What started as a food truck grew into Caracas House Latin Fusion & Grill, a restaurant where Venezuelan roots meet the rich culinary traditions of Mexico. Through this combination, Luis and Néstor set out to bring something fresh to Springfield’s dining scene: new flavors to discover alongside familiar favorites, all served with the warmth of Latin hospitality.
For Luis and Néstor, food is a way to share their story. The flavors of Venezuela carry memories of home, family, and gathering around the table. Bringing those flavors together with Mexican cuisine allows them to celebrate both cultures while inviting their guests to try something different.
At Caracas House, that spirit shapes the experience. Whether you are discovering Venezuelan food for the first time, enjoying a favorite Mexican dish, or gathering with the people you love, we want you to feel welcome at our table.
This is our story, shared through our food. Welcome to Caracas House.
